The Right Nutrition And Exercise Regime

FIGHT THE FATS ARTICLE SUBMISSION # 1
For most young chaps, the main thing on their minds on building
their bodies, is to build mass, and the simple desire to be attractive
to the opposite sex. For others, it’s a case of confidence building.
Irrespective of what their motives are, there are 2 things which
should be of importance: Nutrition and Exercise
1) Exercises
Not all exercises are created equal. Some exercises are truly good
and get you bulked up quick, but then there are those that totally
is a waste of our time. For example, if we are trying to figure
out how to bulk up your upper torso, we need to figure out and write
down a plan otherwise we will not see any gain. Real basic and compound
exercises are more beneficial than isolation and cable exercises.
Compound exercises? These are the exercises that utilizes multiple
muscle groups simultaneously such as the bench press (decline, incline,
flat), rows, close grip bench, shoulder press, etc. . Similarly,
we should also use compound exercises for our lower body, like the
squat and dead-lift (upper body and lower body). There are of course,
many other different variations of the squat; leg presses, front
squats, narrow stance, wide stance, etc (not the exact same but
still acceptable).
But before anything else, its important to LEARN HOW TO EXECUTE
EACH OF THE EXERCISES PROPERLY. which cannot be emphasized enough.
We must do this not only so we don’t look silly doing them but,
more importantly, so we do not injure ourselves and get us out of
the gym for a long time.
2)
Nutrition
The other really essential ingredient in learning how to bulk up
is to know what to eat, when to eat , and how much to eat. Without
the right and proper nutrition, our muscles will not grow, no matter
how much work out we put in. Foods’ high in protein and comparably
low in fat are good, though we should not completely cut out fats
because fats are important too. Fats carry a high amount of calories
and must not be excluded in our plan of how to bulk up. Some fats
from flax seed oil, fish oil, and others are very beneficial to
the body in general, and especially lubricating joints. Therefore,
not all fats are bad.
There are of course the numerous fad diets and tons of supplements
in the market, that only make matters more confusing. So. before
venturing this path on our own, we should do some research because
we can save ourselves alot of time and money, not to mention getting
faster, better results.
Start learning those two areas: the exercises and the nutrition,
and we will surely equip ourselves with the knowledge of how to
bulk up. Good luck!
Get real serious about burning those fats and bulking up your bodies.
